Good afternoon families! ¡Buenas tardes familias! We hope that you are having a wonderful weekend!

Below you will find the latest edition of the Colts' Community Chronicle. Some of the key highlights include:

• Information for our Grade 7 families about the Alberta Education Assurance Survey. Families of Grade 7 students should be receiving an invitation in the mail soon to participate in the annual Alberta Education survey. We strongly encourage you to take the time to give your feedback about your child's education and education within Alberta in general. The results of the survey help us to shape student learning at A.E. Cross. 
• Semester 1 is coming to an end. Report Cards will be visible to families on Tuesday, January 30 through your MyCBE account. We will not be printing report cards for families this year. If you need some assistance in accessing report cards on January 30, please contact the school. Semester 2 options will begin for students on Wednesday, January 31.
• January 20 to January 27 is Family Literacy Week. You will find some activities that you can participate in with your children during the upcoming week to foster a literacy frame of mind at home.
