Below is the latest edition of the Colts’ Community Chronicle. The final edition of the Chronicle for this school year will be sent out on Sunday, June 22. There will be a final communication sent in the afternoon of the last day of school for students on Thursday, June 26.

The schedule for the next two weeks is different from the schedule that we have had throughout the school year to accommodate for end of year assessments and student activities. Please take some time to review the information below.

June 16

  • AM – Provincial Achievement Tests and Final Assessments (Written with Homeroom)
    • English Language Arts
  • PM – Day A Schedule (Periods 1-3-5); Grade 7 Disc Golf Field Trip (7-1 and 7-2)

June 17

  • AM – Provincial Achievement Tests and Final Assessments (Written with Homeroom)
    • Mathematics
  • PM – Day A Schedule (Periods 2-4-6); Grade 9 Activate Field Trip (Sign up has already occurred)

June 18

  • AM – Provincial Achievement Tests and Final Assessments (Written with Homeroom)
    • Social Studies
  • PM – Day B Schedule (Periods 1-3-5); Grade 9 Activate Field Trip (Sign up has already occurred)

June 19

  • AM – Provincial Achievement Tests and Final Assessments (Written with Homeroom)
    • Science
  • PM – Day A Schedule (Periods 1-3-5); Grade 7 Disc Golf Field Trip (7-3 and 7-4)

June 20

  • Regular Schedule (Day A Schedule – Periods 1-RTI-3-5)
  • Grade 7 Disc Golf Field Trip (7-5 and 7-7)
  • Last Day for Complementary Courses

Students will have important opportunities for learning and reviewing for other assessments during the afternoons following their final assessments. Please notify the office if your child is going to be leaving school once their assessments are complete.
